A LatinA/O ministry empowering the church in-between
The world is changed and changing. Many congregational leaders are only now realizing their ministry methods do not meet their world or effectively disciple their congregations. This is especially true for early-career ministers stepping into leadership. World Outspoken (WOS) supports these leaders by providing accessible educational resources and training that imagines ministry otherwise. Our work is produced from the in-between, reflecting the bi-cultural realities of scholars and shepherds rooted in the borderlands.

Digital Content
Our digital archive of multidisciplinary articles addresses a range of questions and challenges facing leaders today (e.g. justice, theology, and identity). Leaders can also join the conversation by listening to the podcasts in the WOS network.

Contextualized Theology for Today
We put you in conversation with experts, scholars, and pastoral leaders that can address every aspect of ministry.
“WOS is leading the way with the relevant message this new generation desperately needs. Their content invites us to reflect on topics not typically discussed in most churches, and they provide the necessary tools to become practitioners of God’s mission in the work of community transformation. I encourage every leader to subscribe to WOS as a first step to lead change in their communities and around the world.””
We can help you make positive cultural changes by providing training on diversity and inclusion, community engagement, and change management strategies. We’ve partnered with churches, non-profits, seminaries, and parachurch ministries to create changes that address the complex problems of their context. Our services include:
Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DEI) - We work closely with pastors and leaders to develop DEI strategies that focus on increasing cultural competence at all levels within the organization.
Organizational Change - We examine your organizational culture by conducting audits and surveys. Our holistic approach involves collecting and analyzing data, facilitating focus groups, and administering climate surveys.
Community Engagement - Using social data, community mapping, and strategic planning our team guides leaders through the development of engagement strategies for their local context.
Conferences and Workshops - We partner with organizations to offer a variety of learning experiences preparing leaders to effectively engage in ministry otherwise.
